‘It’s a good thing I got a good rest.’ The unprecedented labor scene of the sports team workers unfolded.

In the MBC entertainment show 'It's Good to Have a Good Rest' (hereinafter referred to as 'Good Rest') that aired on the 1st, 'CEO Ahn Jung-hwan' and sports team workers Kim Nam-il, Jo Won-hee, Hong Seong-heun, Yoo Hee-gwan, the main cast of THE BOYZ, and chef Jeong Ho-young The second day of operation of the 0.5-star uninhabited island was depicted. Boom, Dae-ho Kim, Dae-ho Lee, and Ye-eun Ji were together in the studio.

On this day, the sports team members Kim Nam-il, Jo Won-hee, Hong Seong-heun, and Yoo Hee-gwan attempted to pull a non-powered boat using their strength. Their mission is to deliver breakfast to father and son guests who are visiting a fishing spot. Those who were almost washed away by the rough waves into the open sea tried to use only their strength to go against the current. Even after arriving at the fishing spot, Ahn Jung-hwan and Lee Dae-ho were embarrassed to see them dragging the boat to the place where the guests were when they could just deliver breakfast and come back, saying, “It’s embarrassing even though it’s the same sports club.” Because my body was so good, the breakfast delivery by the gym workers who didn't use their brains made me laugh.

After completing the delivery safely after many twists and turns, they enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Afterwards, the workers were divided into the Octopus Team and the Meoguri Team and engaged in 'My Hands'. The workers, who had experienced an emergency situation by catching an unprecedented amount of seafood due to bad weather the previous day, pledged to catch a lot of various seafood this time for the customers.

First, Ahn Jung-hwan, Kim Nam-il, and Jo Won-hee from the soccer team decided to help fishermen living nearby fish for octopus and receive the octopus. However, Kim Nam-il, who was not used to this job, accidentally broke the machine while operating the machine that raised the octopus trap, creating a serious atmosphere. In the end, the soccer team workers had an even harder time lifting the traps by hand instead of using machines. Still, an octopus as big as an octopus was caught in the trap that was pulled in with great effort. Although the process was difficult, all soccer club workers felt rewarded by the valuable harvest.

The Meoguri team, which includes Hong Seong-heun and Yoo Hee-gwan from the baseball team, Juyeon from The Boyz, and chef Ho-young Jeong, started the day happily by harvesting conch and abalone from the beginning in better water conditions than the previous day. However, before entering the water, only the youngest member, Juyeon, who was confident and said, “I am confident that I can make three abalones per person,” was quiet. Juyeon was even more frustrated when he found out that the seafood he thought was abalone was actually cow. After learning passionately by watching the abalone caught by his brothers, Juyeon went back into the sea and was finally able to catch an abalone. He expressed his joy, saying, “It’s better than when I won first place on a music show.”

In contrast to the first day, a large amount of seafood was secured, including octopus from the octopus team, conch, abalone, and mint from the team Meoguri, as well as dragon-toothed wrasse caught by a customer. Accordingly, Hoyoung Jeong prepared a course meal of 'Fried Peppermint Haji', 'Spoon-eating Sushi', and 'Stir-fried Octopus'. All the guests enjoyed their meal while being impressed by the perfect 'Sum Makase' with all the sweet, sour, and spicy flavors. After working through the hardest labor in history, the workers who ate the meal continued to eat in a fighting posture without saying a word.

In the trailer released at the end of the broadcast, Lee Dae-ho, who had been teaching in the studio, was shown directly taking on the challenge of running a '0.5-star uninhabited island' with Nippert, Lee Dae-eun, and Yoo Hee-gwan. ‘It’s a Good Thing to Get a Good Rest’ airs every Monday at 9 PM.
