Park Na-rae's muscular forearms are "not deepfake"

Comedian Park Na-rae revealed the current status of Ujiateer.

In the video released on this day, Park Na-rae is seen showing off her strong arm muscles and focusing on exercising. Lee Guk-joo, who saw this, commented, “Surprise surprise,” and Lee Joo-seung exclaimed, “Physical 100 Nagayo, sister.” Na-rae Park responded, “Okay, let’s go to the Jujuin club.”

Previously, Park Na-rae garnered attention by filming a body profile through the 'Palm Oil Body Presentation' on MBC's entertainment show 'I Live Alone'.

Park Na-rae, who certified 47kg on the day of filming, later revealed that she was managing 49.1kg by exercising consistently. According to InBody, body fat was 11.4kg. Na-rae Park said, “Exercise always involves aerobic and strength training. “Although the speed of weight loss is slow, I continued to do it because I heard that this way the yo-yo will come slowly and there will be elasticity,” he said.

In July 2021, Park Na-rae won an auction for a single-family home located in Itaewon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for about 5.5 billion won.
