Kim Yong-geon developed social phobia after having a son at the age of 76.

In Channel A's entertainment program 'Dad is a Middle-aged Flower' that aired on the 25th, Kim Yong-gun was seen reminiscing about the time he held his late-born son in his arms.
During the after-party that day, Kim Gu-ra asked Kim Yong-geon, who saw his last child at the age of 78, "There were ups and downs, but don't people around you like him? Don't they envy you?" Kim Yong-gun confessed, "We don't talk about it these days. We did talk about it in the beginning," and "I was a little embarrassed."
He continued, "I was living a secluded life, so I developed social phobia. I was afraid of meeting people. My friends gave me a lot of strength. Also, my sons said, 'It's okay, Dad, it's a blessing. It's heaven's providence, so you have to accept it.'" Namjin said. He intentionally called me twice to congratulate me by saying, “Congratulations,” and Choi Bul-am also called me from time to time and said, “My friends are jealous,” so time passed. “I also became a little calm,” he said.
When Ahn Jae-wook asked, "Teacher, were you embarrassed and surprised when you saw the Al Pacino article?" Kim Yong-geon responded, "Because that's the culture there. Wasn't Anthony Quinn like that? It was on an overseas topic a long time ago. Anna burned her daughter's lantern. That was in her early 80s." He explained.

As the time to brag about his children continued, Kim Yong-gun mentioned Ha Jung-woo's exhibition, saying, "My eldest child likes drawing. I didn't know he would be interested in painting later on."
Kim Yong-gun, born in 1946, married in 1977 and had two sons, actor Ha Jung-woo (Kim Seong-hoon) and actor and film producer Kim Young-hoon (Cha Hyun-woo), but they divorced in 1996. In November 2021, I gave birth to my last child, a son, from my girlfriend, who is 39 years younger than me, with whom I have been dating for 13 years. There was a conflict with his girlfriend about giving birth, but after a dramatic reconciliation, he went through the family registration process and is now receiving support for raising children.
