In episode 2 of 'Queen of Tears', Baek Hyun-woo (played by Kim Soo-hyun) was shown giving up on divorce due to Hong Hae-in (played by Kim Ji-won)'s terminal diagnosis. Baek Hyun-woo, who lost his goal, and Hong Hae-in, who regained her will to survive thanks to her husband, made the couple's future even more exciting.
Baek Hyun-woo hurriedly hid the divorce papers and asked Hong Hae-in the whole story when he confessed that he was terminally ill. The diagnosis of Hong Hae-in, who suffered from frequent headaches and memory loss recently, was none other than cloud cell tumor. Baek Hyun-woo went to the hospital with his wife to understand the situation, and as they confirmed the name of the disease, Baek Hyun-woo's will to divorce naturally weakened.

To make matters worse, Hong Hae-in, who felt a threat to her life when a wild boar suddenly came out of the forest, suddenly remembered her husband, Baek Hyeon-woo. And at that moment, Baek Hyun-woo blocked Hong Hae-in's path and saved him from danger, making viewers' hearts beat soar.
