Kian 84 got ripped off in real estate

It was revealed that the new studio in Yeouido, which ‘6 billion building owner’ Kian84 “sold at a low price,” was actually sold for more than the market price.

In the MBC entertainment show 'I Live Alone' that aired on the 8th, Jeon Hyun-moo and Kian84 took a family photo for the first time in a while, had a candid conversation, and looked for a new future for the Rainbow Gathering.

On this day, Jeon Hyun-moo took Kian84, who wanted to find a house near his studio in Yeouido, to a real estate agent. Jeon Hyun-moo said to the real estate agent, "Kian84 has found an office in Yeouido. Shouldn't we find a house here too?"

When Kian84 mentioned the expected amount, saying, "We are looking for an apartment with monthly rent or half-rent," the real estate agent responded, "If you want to get it at that price, it's an officetel." Kian84 regretted, “Then I’ll have to look elsewhere.”

Jeon Hyun-moo recommended, “Let’s ask if you bought the right studio. Tell us about the street number.” Gian84 gave the address of the studio with an actual square footage of 31 pyeong, and the real estate agent said, "You didn't buy it that cheap. I recently signed a contract, but it seems like you paid more for it." He added, "It looks like you bought it for more than 50 million won." There was also an all-repair property for sale that was about 40 million won cheaper than the price sold by Kian 84. This is because Kian84's studio was remodeled and repaired himself.

Kian84 even boasted to Jeon Hyun-moo, who visited the studio without knowing it, saying, “It was sold cheaply. It was too cheap.”

Kian84 asked, “So will the studio continue to fall? What happens? Will it be maintained?” Accordingly, the real estate agent recommended, "At that price, it can last for almost 10 years. Since it was not purchased very cheaply, it is unlikely that you will see any expected profits. Just keep it." Kian84 said, “I have no intention of selling it,” but could not hide his disappointment.

In an interview, Kian 84 said, "I try to think positively. If you think about it that way, there must be another place in Seoul that is the cheapest and best. It wasn't mine," but he said, "It reminds me of it again," causing an earthquake in the pupil.
