Park Wi was diagnosed as paralyzed in an accident at the age of 28, and currently runs the channel ‘Weracle’ while in a wheelchair. He also recently garnered attention by revealing that he was in a relationship with Song Ji-eun.
On this day, Park Wi said about his public relationship with Song Ji-eun, "I wanted to brag about it for a long time, but I held back and made it public on Christmas last year. I feel like I'm flying away with the congratulations and support from so many people."
Park Wi also told the story of losing the lower part of his body. He said, "It's been almost 10 years. I was having a party to celebrate my job with my friends, but the film cut out. When I opened my eyes, I found myself in the intensive care unit. I was drunk and fell between buildings, completely breaking my neck. Between the 6th and 7th cervical vertebrae, "It was completely fractured and my spinal nerves were completely severed. At that time, I was diagnosed with total paralysis," he recalled.
He continued, "I couldn't do anything. My organs were also paralyzed. I also lost the ability to defecate and urinate. I was so shocked. Fortunately, when I did an electromyography, if there was an electrical signal in the sphincter, it was a good signal, and I could see that signal. “So, the diagnosis went from ‘complete paralysis’ to ‘complete paralysis.’”
He also expressed his gratitude to his family and friends after the accident. Park Wi said, "The hospital needed a guardian 24 hours a day, so my friends created a group chat room and stayed up every night for more than a month. I had no water or food to eat lying down for two months, and my friends helped me with suppositories." "My younger brother was busy with graduation, but he took care of me 24 hours a day for six months. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy hospital life. I am grateful to my younger brother. I think I have to repay my debt for the rest of my life," he said.
He then recalled, "I thought it would be nice for Ji-eun to congratulate me on my birthday, and she sent me a congratulatory message. I sent her a message saying that her favorite movie was coming out, and she asked me to go see it with her. I was so excited on my own that I made an appointment and went to the movie theater."
Park Wi said, "When I confessed that I liked him, Ji-eun said she liked me too," and Song Ji-eun also expressed her affection by saying, "I fell in love at first sight. I just liked it at first sight."

He continued, "There were many questions about whether it was possible for people who are paralyzed from the waist down to have a marital relationship. So I invited four men with paraplegia from the waist down and did a talk show, and it was said that a marital relationship was possible.
