Lee Ki-kwang opens up about smoke controversy

Actor Lee Ki-kwang commented on the controversy over his acting skills due to his dialect.

The SBS entertainment show 'Strong Heart VS', which aired on the 27th, was a special feature of 'Guys who cross the line' and featured highlight Lee Ki-kwang, space planning expert Yoo Jeong-soo, comedian Kang Jae-jun, and broadcasters Oh Jeong-yeon and Jang Ye-won.

Lee Ki-kwang appeared as Park Min-young's first love in the recently concluded tvN Monday-Tuesday drama 'Marry My Husband' ('My Boyfriend'). Regarding the work being received enthusiastically not only in Korea but also overseas, Lee Ki-kwang said, "I took on a very small, small role, but the number of followers on social media increased by about 40,000," and "I hope it increases even more."

He continued, "There were a lot of people passing by, and when I made a loud noise, they responded by asking what that was. It was so burdensome that I broke into a cold sweat on my back. My original hometown is Gwangju, Jeolla Province. In the drama, it was not easy because the Busan dialect was completely different. I worked hard, but I couldn't understand the accent." “Because it’s so different, I think it came out a bit mixed and mysterious,” he said.

Lee Gikwang also revealed the secret to maintaining his abdominal muscles for 16 years after his debut. He said that there was a time when his body fat percentage was 3%. “When I released my solo album last year, I ate like an athlete.
