Park Hyung-sik, hope and comfort that caused over-immersion
JTBC's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Doctor Slump' is a romantic comedy drama depicting the cardiopulmonary resuscitation story of Yeo Yeong-woo (played by Park Hyeong-sik) and Nam Ha-neul (played by Park Shin-hye), who hit a brake after only going on an upward curve in life. As the drama reaches its turning point and enters the second act starting with the 9th episode, which will be broadcast on the 24th, Park Hyung-sik's acting skills, which are revealing the emotional lines of Yeo Yeong-woo in 'Doctor Slump' in a dense manner, are captivating viewers.
Park Hyung-sik immediately immersed viewers in the drama by closely interpreting the complex emotional changes and inner conflict of Yeo Jeong-woo, who goes back and forth between the peak and the abyss of life. The sight of Yeo Yeong-woo, who was shrunk by an ordeal that suddenly came to his peaceful life, trying to overcome reality was enough to provide hope and comfort to viewers.

In addition, the romantic chemistry created with Nam Ha-neul, who met in the brightest times and reunited in the most shabby times, created a warm atmosphere filled with excitement in the living room. The process of comforting and healing each other from mental illnesses and eventually developing into lovers conveyed both warm emotions and a touching lingering feeling at the same time. However, the full-scale romance was short-lived, and Yeo Yeong-woo stands on the threshold of breaking up with Nam Ha-neul. Park Hyeong-sik's emotional Ho-yeon, who conveyed Yeo Jeong-woo's emotions through the TV screen with just his calm but sorrowful eyes, touched the hearts of the viewers.
In this way, Park Hyung-sik has meticulously completed the detailed inner life of Yeo Yeong-woo, who goes back and forth between frustration, comfort, excitement, and sadness.
