There was a family inheritance dispute surrounding Macau casino conglomerate heiress Chang Bing, and the younger brother of Chang Bing's father, James Chang, planned an intentional murder. The boss and his gang members infiltrated the operating room and mixed anticoagulants into the fluid, even manipulating the evidence at the scene, and the nurse who had worked with Yeo Jeong-woo directly injected the fluid.
