Character teasers for Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo for MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Wonderful World' have been released.

On the 8th, 'Wonderful World' released a character teaser video in which Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo's strong aura and tragic narrative penetrate the hearts of viewers. 'Wonderful World' is a human mystery drama in which Eun Soo-hyun (played by Kim Nam-joo), who personally punished the murderer who killed her son, uncovers the mysterious secrets surrounding that day.

Director Lee Seung-young of the dramas ‘Tracer 1, 2’ and ‘Voice 2’ and writer Kim Ji-eun of the dramas ‘Lies of Lies’ and ‘Cheongdam-dong Scandal’ teamed up. The meeting between Kim Nam-joo (played by Eun Soo-hyun), who returned to drama after 6 years, and Cha Eun-woo (played by Kwon Seon-yul), who is heralding an unprecedented acting transformation, is garnering attention every day.

Eun Soo-hyun's character teaser captures the painful world of a mother who lost her irreplaceable son and personally punished his son's murderer, with the words, "It's easy to die. It's hard to continue living." The sight of Eun Soo-hyun walking and walking through an endless tunnel, enduring the dreary life in prison with shabby prison uniform and a gaunt look, and sitting alone in the falling snow silently bearing the weight of life is heartbreaking.

Moreover, the image of Eun Soo-hyun sobbing along with the image of a child's sneakers clutched in one hand, a small hand covered in blood, and a memorial space set up on one side of the street, makes the viewer's heart sink. However, at the end of the character video, a hardened Eun Soo-hyun, as if calluses were stuck on her festering chest, says, "I came this far with only that heart. You can kill me, but you can't kill this heart," which stimulates curiosity about his actions.

On the other hand, Kwon Seon-yul's character teaser attracts attention by precariously capturing the image of a young man throwing his entire body into the rough blue waters. There is a feeling of loneliness in the sight of Seon-yul standing in an empty place, wearing a pitch-black suit like a mourning suit. Seon-yul's tired hands holding a bottle of soju, and a single tear as she looks blankly at the fireworks make the bridge of the viewer's nose feel cold.

In addition, the sight of Seon-yul, who runs dangerously down the road on a motorcycle as if torturing himself and is covered in scars after a merciless struggle, says, "I feel like I can survive if I do this. If I don't, I think I'll die," it evokes regret and makes Bale feel sad. It made me curious about his story.

Meanwhile, Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo, who play Eun Soo-hyun and Kwon Seon-yul, have a strong presence. Kim Nam-joo demonstrates the true value of a self-proclaimed 'drama queen' by conveying the desperate motherhood of a mother who has lost her child even in a split second, while Cha Eun-woo embodies an attractive character by adding sadness to a rough masculine beauty that has never been seen before. Moreover, the eyes of Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo in each character teaser look similar and different, so attention is being paid to what kind of relationship the two will form in the play and what kind of acting and synergy they will create.

'Wonderful World' will be broadcast for the first time on March 1st, following 'Flowers that Bloom at Night', and can also be watched through Disney+.
