Cha Eunwoo, sad eyes

Two main posters for MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'Wonderful World' have been released.

On the 6th, 'Wonderful World' released two main posters. Interest soars in the paradoxical wonderland created by Kim Nam-joo, Cha Eun-woo, and Kim Nam-joo and Kim Kang-woo's family.

'Wonderful World' is a human mystery drama in which Eun Soo-hyun (played by Kim Nam-joo), who personally punished the murderer who killed her son, uncovers the mysterious secrets surrounding that day. Director Lee Seung-young of the dramas ‘Tracer 1, 2’ and ‘Voice 2’ and writer Kim Ji-eun of the dramas ‘Lies of Lies’ and ‘Cheongdam-dong Scandal’ teamed up. Actors Kim Nam-joo (playing the role of Eun Soo-hyun), Cha Eun-woo (playing the role of Kwon Seon-yul), Kim Kang-woo (playing the role of Kang Su-ho), and Lim Se-mi (playing the role of Han Yu-ri) have confirmed their appearances.

Among the main posters released, the poster featuring a two-shot of Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo in the dark makes viewers immediately immersed. Namjoo Kim is staring intently at somewhere while sitting in the driver's seat of a car, and his sorrowful eyes arouse curiosity about his story. In addition, the image of Cha Eun-woo reflected in the windshield of Kim Nam-joo's car adds to the interest. Cha Eun-woo's gaze, as if he were staring at Kim Nam-joo inside the car, creates a strange sense of tension. The sad eyes of Kim Nam-joo and Cha Eun-woo, which overlap as if reflected in a mirror, resemble the same person, stimulating curiosity about the narrative of the two people that 'Wonderful World' will contain.

On the other hand, another poster suggests the broken happiness of Kim Nam-joo and Kim Kang-woo's family. In the play, Kim Nam-joo and Kim Kang-woo are showing off a happy atmosphere in the room of their son Lee Jun (played by Kang Geon-woo), but unfortunately, their happiness is shattered like broken glass. Moreover, 'I thought about it' written at the top of the poster. I wouldn't dare hope for more happiness than this... ' The phrase foretells the future of Eun Soo-hyun, who personally punished the murderer who killed her son, drawing attention to the mystery of the incident that completely took away the happiness of a perfect family.

Above all, the meaningful appearances of Kim Nam-joo, Cha Eun-woo, and Kim Kang-woo in the two different versions of the poster strongly clash with the paradoxical title 'Wonderful World'. Accordingly, interest is focused on what the wonderful world that ‘Wonderful World’ will depict will look like.

'Wonderful World' will be broadcast for the first time on March 1st, following 'Flowers that Bloom at Night', and can also be viewed through Disney+.
