Park Ji-hoon, the two-faced man who led ‘Fantasy Sonata’

Park Ji-hoon played dual roles as Sajo-hyeon and Ak-hee in the first episode of KBS2's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Fantasy Sonata', which premiered on the 2nd. ‘Fantasy Sonata’ is a fantasy historical drama romance between a man with two conflicting personalities and a woman who loves him, between fresh love and fierce obsession. It is based on the Naver webtoon of the same name.
In the play, Park Ji-hoon plays the role of Crown Prince Sajo-hyeon, who has an innate sense of aesthetics, and his second personality, Ak-hee, whose male charm is revealed. On this day, Park Ji-hoon showed off his wide acting spectrum by alternately playing the soft and gentle Sajo Hyeon and the rough man Akhee. Park Ji-hoon, who played the beautiful-looking and soft-spoken Sajo Hyeon, soon changed to the bold and outspoken Ak-hee, and his acting skills in playing two completely different characters shone.
As a child, Sajo Hyeon witnessed the treason of his father Sajo Seung (played by Kim Tae-woo) and helped the royal family Yeonwol (played by Hong Ye-ji). Yeonwol lost his entire family due to Sajo Seung, and sought revenge. Among these, even after becoming an adult, Sajo Hyeon did not like the oppressive monks of Sajo, and was also in conflict with his half-brother, Sajo Yung (played by Hwang Hee), Queen Cheongmyeong (played by Woo Hee-jin), and Crown Prince Geumhwa (played by Ji-woo).
Sajo Hyeon hides his identity and lives a double life, working as a fashion designer at a clothing store in the low street. He meets assassin Yeonwol (played by Hong Yeji) by chance, but the two do not remember each other. Sajo-hyeon then took on a different personality, Ak-hee, and met Yeonwol again with a rough appearance that was the exact opposite of Sajo-hyeon, and they continued their relationship once again.
In order to avenge her family, Yeonwol entered the palace disguised as a dancer and attempted to defeat the monks of Sajo. However, Ak-hee, who was not the monk of Sajo, appeared, and Yeonwol, who lost consciousness and woke up a few days later, had no memory of the past, but had become Eunhyobi, the concubine of Sajo Hyeon. Ak-hee, who appeared at this time, said to Yeon-wol, "You have finally become my woman. I missed you. Me? Your man," stimulating curiosity about what will unfold next.
