'Sweet Home 2' Ko Min-si "Lee Do-hyun's naked ending was cool and powerful."
Go Min-si met with Ten Asia at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the 12th and told various stories about the Netflix original series 'Sweet Home 2'.
'Sweet Home 2', which was released on the 1st, is a world where desire becomes a monster, Hyun-soo (played by Song Kang) and the survivors of Green Home, who leave Green Home and fight each other to survive in a new home, and the lives of another being. A work that depicts new desires, events, and struggles, including the emergence and unknown mysterious phenomena. Go Min-si played the role of Lee Eun-yu, who grew from an immature and prickly high school girl to an earnest female warrior.
Regarding the response that the main character of 'Sweet Home 2' was worried, he said, "Rather than feeling like the main character, I thought of him as a character in the flow of the story," and "I thought Hyun-soo and Sang-wook (played by Lee Jin-wook) filmed a lot of cool and attractive scenes. “I didn’t feel like I was the main character at all,” he said.
He added, "I thought the volume had definitely increased compared to season 1. However, it didn't have as much of an impact as it had less dialogue and was more action-oriented than I thought."
'Sweet Home 2' caused disappointment among fans as the main character Hyeonsu did not appear from episodes 4 to 6. In response, Go Min-si said, "I filmed a lot with Song Kang from the latter half of the film. Since there were constant script revisions, I had no idea what the other actors were doing other than the people filming with me." He added, "It was only after seeing the revised version that I realized that Song Kang's fans would be very disappointed. “The thirst will be quenched in Season 3,” he emphasized.
In the ending of 'Sweet Home 2', Eunhyuk, Eunhyuk's older brother, emerged from the egg and made a surprise appearance, naked. Ko Min-si said, "Eunhyuk appeared, as many people expected. In Season 1, a family reunion will take place. Eunhyuk and Eunhyuk have no choice but to meet." He added, "I wonder if it will lead to a happy ending. While watching Season 3, I think about what human happiness is." “I think there are points that we can try,” he said.
Regarding Lee Do-hyun's exposure, he said, "I heard the story. I thought the ending scene was really cool. It was powerful to see him come out covered in sticky liquid. It was cool as a colleague."
