Kim Soo-mi "I feel strong when I see my granddaughter's talent"
KBS 2TV's 'The Boss's Ears Are the Donkey's Ears' (directed by Sang-eun Ahn/hereinafter referred to as 'Donkey') is a self-reflection program where Korean bosses voluntarily engage in counter-examination to create a pleasant workplace.
