Actor Jo Jae-yoon slightly expressed his disappointment over the fact that 'Hwanhoon' did not exceed 10% in viewership ratings.

On the 13th, we met with actor Jo Jae-yoon at the Allbit Entertainment building and conducted an interview for the end of the tvN Saturday-Sunday drama 'Hwanmoon: Light and Shadow'.

'Hwanmoon' is a fantasy romance set in a great country that does not exist in history or on maps, and the main characters, whose fates were twisted by the soul-changing 'Hwanmoon Art', overcome this and grow up. It captures the fateful encounter between Jang-wook (played by Jae-wook Lee), who came back from the dead, and a woman with the face of falling water who lost her memory (played by Go Yoon-jeong), and the story of the magicians that unfolds anew three years later.

In the play, Jo Jae-yoon played the role of Jinmu, the chief villain and the head of Cheonbukwan, who observes and records heavenly records.

Jo Jae-yoon said he felt a lot of loneliness while playing Jinmu. He said, "I need to exchange lines, but I don't have that. I just talk alone. I clash with the crown prince (played by Shin Seung-ho) the most, but he can't respond to what I say because I'm gaslighting him. Since I'm always in a directive mode, I don't listen to what anyone is saying. “No. Since there was no conversation, it felt like I was filming alone, far away,” he explained.

Also, "When you go to the Cheonbu Gwan set, it looks like a limestone cave. The secret room is like a Colosseum stadium, so when you turn on the lights and 40 to 50 staff members come in, the carbon dioxide is so strong that you feel sleepy. It's hard to breathe. Since I only live in those places, I also become closed-minded. “He said,” he complained.

He said, “I was hoping the viewership rating would exceed 10%, but it’s disappointing that it couldn’t exceed that. In Season 2, the latter part overlapped with ‘The Youngest Son of a Chaebol Family.’” He also said, “I watched all of ‘The Youngest Son of a Chaebol Family.’ It was fun. These days, Song Hye-kyo’s “It’s so much fun with ‘The Glory’,” he said, making everyone laugh.
