Yang Se-chan, "It's different from 'Skip', I don't think of it as a competitor"

‘Myeongdong Sarangbang’ is a program depicting a group meeting that takes place over two days and one night between friendship and love. The cast, who are friends in real life, will appear as a team and depict romance and subtle fights.
Seo Jang-hoon, Chae Jeong-an, Park Ha-sun, and Yang Se-chan, who serve as MCs, transform into couple managers and directly dive into relationship coaching, understanding the college student cast members' views on relationships, ideal types, and personalities, and passing on vivid dating tips.
Regarding the uniqueness of 'Myeongdong Sarangbang', Yang Se-chan said, "In other dating programs, the MCs watch the situation through a VCR, talk, and explain the story, but we are involved in the scene and communicate." He added, "'Change Days'. "I don't know much about the story, but since 'Myeongdong Sarangbang' takes place right in front of me, I can catch every detail. Even though there are 16 people and it's hard to control, the MCs take charge of the team and make it fun. I think that's what sets it apart," he explained. .
Yang Se-chan, who was excited to see college students dating, said, "There is a fresh love in your 20s. I also want to have a group meeting when I go back to my 20s."
tvN's recently aired 'Skip' could also be seen as a romantic entertainment show with a similar theme in that it is a group meeting. In particular, 'Skip' is hosted by Yang Se-hyung's best friends Yoo Jae-seok and Jeon So-min.
In response, Yang Se-chan said, "I didn't think of it as a competition program. Although both are group meetings, the texture is very different. In 'Skip', strangers appear individually, but we are a group of four friends, so there is discrimination. We also play games together. “I didn’t think I would win or lose better than ‘Skip,’” he said.
Producer Moon Tae-joo also said, "If you watch the live broadcast, you will feel that the atmosphere is completely different from 'Skip'. It feels like we are on MT. It is the same romantic meeting, but you will wonder how it can be so different. I think it would be good to think of it as a pleasant meeting. “He added.
‘Myeongdong Sarangbang’ will premiere at 8:30 pm on the 27th.
