Actor Rowoon from the drama 'Wedding Battle' was sentenced to death for insulting the royal family.

In episode 1 of KBS 2TV's Monday-Tuesday drama 'Wedding Battle', which aired on the 30th, Shim Jeong-woo (played by Rowoon) fell in love with Jeong Soon-deok (played by Jo Yi-hyun) at first sight.
On this day, Sim Jeong-woo was pictured filing an appeal for annulment of marriage. Eight years ago, Sim Jeong-woo, who was the youngest person to pass the civil service exam, was chosen by the princess and married. However, when the princess died at the wedding, he became a widower. Sim Jeong-woo, who married a princess and was the sire, was forced to become the most angry man in Joseon for eight years. Although he appealed the invalidity of the marriage several times, Sim Jeong-woo's request was not accepted.

The two met again at Gaekju. Shim Jeong-woo, who discovered a banned book called 'Madam's Private Life', was embarrassed by the shocking contents. However, when Jeong Soon-deok appeared and tried to receive the book, Shim Jeong-woo shouted, “The author of this novel is clearly mocking the noble class, so I must report this.” Jeong Soon-deok snapped, “Looking at his recklessness, he must be a nobleman. How can you be bothered by a married businessman?”
Soon-deok Jeong then turned to Shim Jeong-woo, who was shouting loudly, and said, "I don't know who it is, but maybe I'm in love with it. I can't help but misunderstand." Jeong Soon-deok, who saw Sim Jeong-woo unable to hide his embarrassment, burst out laughing and said, "How can you, Saenim, who has never been in a relationship before, beat me? That's cute."

Meanwhile, Sim Jeong-woo was accused of high treason and taken to Uigeumbu. His crime was preventing the crown prince's marriage. The king was pictured giving evil medicine to Sim Jeong-woo.
