Heo Young-ji confesses to having lost 13 kg before joining KARA on a 'hard diet'

KARA Heo Young-ji said that she went on a diet to join KARA.

Recently, a video titled 'The appearance of the original goddess who tramples the worldview of Kara Gyuri & Youngji Jonye', a new episode of the web entertainment show 'I'm Envious of Jonye', was posted on the YouTube Spaceship Studio channel.

Park Gyu-ri and Heo Young-ji meet YouTuber Satire in the released video. Satire praised their beauty. After hearing this, Park Gyu-ri revealed her charm without hesitation, saying, "I have had elegance and maturity since I was young. Now, I would say that I am complete."

There was an 8-year gap before Kara's comeback. Regarding this, Heo Young-ji said, "I did entertainment and acting. Following my sisters, I acted like a baton touch." Park Gyu-ri answered honestly, “I think I played a little bit.”

He also shared an anecdote about how busy he was when he was active as KARA. Park Gyu-ri said, “I was so busy at that time that I had breakfast in Seoul and lunch in Tokyo.”

Heo Young-ji also recalled the diet she went on to join KARA. He mentioned, "I lost 13kg in one month. I didn't drink any water at all, and I drank water by getting on the scale."

He also talked about his plans for future YouTube activities. Gyu-ri Park said, “I thought a lot about it, but shouldn’t I keep uploading to YouTube? I don’t think I can do that.” However, regarding the YouTube channel name, he showed a witty attitude by saying that he was thinking of Goddess Gyu-ri, Gyu-ri Girl, etc.
