Actress Jeon So-ni expressed her feelings about acting as a man.

On the 1st, the production presentation for tvN's new Monday-Tuesday drama 'Youth's Tale' (written by Jeong Hyeon-jung, directed by Lee Jong-jae) was held online. In attendance were producer Lee Jong-jae, actors Park Hyeong-sik, Jeon So-ni, Pyo Ye-jin, Yoon Jong-seok, and Lee Tae-sun.

In the drama, Jeon So-ni plays the role of Min Jae-i, a suspect in a family murder case. Min Jae-yi sometimes disguises herself as a man to hide her identity in the mountains.

Jeon So-ni began by saying, “The role of Jae-i goes through a lot of different emotions and situations in this work. As an actor, I naturally wanted to experience a variety of things.”

He added, "I think Jae-y's strength is that he knows how to help and receive help. I think those are the reasons why I loved him the most."

She also said, "Still, I wasn't worried about being lumped into the category of a cross-dressing woman," adding, "If you group it that way, there are many similar roles, but each character's situation is different, so I tried to focus on that."

'A Tale of Youth' is a youth salvation romance drama that tells the story of Crown Prince Lee Hwan (played by Park Hyeong-sik), who is under a mysterious curse, and Min Jae-i (played by Jeon So-ni), a genius girl who is pointed out as the culprit of a family murder case.
