Minjae Kim hits the ‘wall of reality’

In the 7th episode of the tvN Wednesday-Thursday drama 'Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong 2', which aired on the 1st, Yoo Se-poong (played by Kim Min-jae) and Seo Eun-woo (played by Kim Hyang-gi) were depicted hitting the wall of reality.
On this day's broadcast, the appeal of Ahn Hak-soo (played by Baek Seong-cheol), who made up the scandal between Yoo Se-poong and Seo Eun-woo, was soon conveyed to Gye Ji-han (played by Kim Sang-kyung). The king (played by Oh Gyeong-ju) personally sent a secret letter to Yoo Se-poong to inform him of the crisis. Recognizing the seriousness of the situation, Gye Ji-han advised the two to keep their distance from each other and not to visit together or be in the same space for the time being.

Ahn Hak-soo’s tricks continued. He suddenly stormed in with police officers and attempted to confiscate the letters exchanged between Yoo Se-poong and Seo Eun-woo under the pretext of collecting gifts. In response, Gye Ji-han proposed a deal to burn the documents they had proving Ahn Hak-su's crime and the letters between the two people at the same time. An offer he couldn't refuse, Haksu Ahn accepted, and soon all the books disappeared into flames.
This wasn't the end. An Hak-su issued a ban restricting women from going out, and even banned women from visiting the house. Anyone can see that it was a crude plan aimed at Seo Eun-woo. But what made it even more difficult for him was the feeling of guilt that Yoo Se-pung was in trouble because of him.
Meanwhile, news came that there was a patient suffering from dystocia. To make matters worse, all the lawmakers are away and only Seo Eun-woo remains. Seo Eun-woo eventually broke the ban and went on a visit. Yoo Se-pung, who appeared one step later, also followed him and headed to the sick man. Eventually, the two people faced each other with the sick person between them. Seo Eun-woo once again became the hand of a campaigner and succeeded in saving both the child and the mother.

It was only in the morning that Yoo Se-poong saw Seo Eun-woo's letter and realized that he had left. The letter contained a sad yet warm sincerity that said, “I enjoyed every time I learned medicine from the doctor.” The sight of him shedding tears along with an empty cry asking people not to leave created a feeling of regret as it showed the mixed fates of the two people.
The wall of reality was higher and stronger than Yoo Se-poong and Seo Eun-woo expected. In particular, this was especially true for Seo Eun-woo, who was on people's lips as a widow. This was the reason why he could not let go of his guilt and fear despite his sincerity in saying, "Even if I lose everything, I can't let go of Eunwoo." In the end, Seo Eun-woo left Yoo Se-poong's side, choosing to remain as a benefactor rather than a lover.
