Eun-seo Son, “The chairman of ‘Casino’ called me Hongpa Kim’s daughter.”

Recently, I met actress Son Eun-seo, who appeared in the Disney Plus series 'Casino' and SBS 'The Law', at a cafe in Sinsa-dong, Seoul.
‘Casino’ is a work that depicts the life story of Cha Mu-sik (Choi Min-sik), who became a ‘casino legend’. Son Eun-seo played the role of hotelier Kim So-jeong. Season 1 of ‘Casino’ ended on January 25th, and Season 2 will begin on February 15th.
'Law' is a thrilling revenge drama between 'money merchant' Eun-yong (Lee Sun-gyun) and 'legal technician' Jun-kyung (Park Jun-kyung) who fight against the cartel of 'Law' and 'Jjen'. It ended on the 11th. Son Eun-seo played Myeong Se-hee, the daughter of Chairman Myeong (played by Kim Hong-pa), known as the ‘Myeong-dong private loan king’, and the wife of Hwang Ki-seok (played by Park Hoon), a former chief prosecutor of the special department.
Myeong Se-hee of 'The Law' not only loves her husband Hwang Ki-seok, a prosecutor, but also sees him as an ally to rise in status. Like a wise mother and good wife, she is good at coaxing and gets what she wants. He even betrays his loan shark father, Chairman Myeong. Coincidentally, he also appeared in 'Casino' with Kim Hong-pa, who played the role of his father in 'The Law'. Son Eun-seo said, "The filming of 'Casino' came before 'The Law', and on the last day of filming on the Korean set of 'Casino', I told senior Hongpa that I would appear as a daughter in 'The Law'. And from then on, he started calling me 'daughter'." He expressed his gratitude.
Son Eun-seo said, "Park Hoon is very kind and considerate. We matched our lines and talked a lot about everyday things with him." He added, "He has similar tendencies to me. He also doesn't like to stand out and has no greed for material things. Even in the play, Eun-seo Son said, “He adjusted everything to me, and in fact, he adjusted a lot to me,” he said, expressing his gratitude. He also said, "At the beginning of the filming of 'Bobjeon', I rarely went to the set because there wasn't enough footage for me to film, but when I went to the set later, it felt awkward. But senior Hongpa took care of me a lot, so I felt comfortable on set."
