Soyoung Ahn opens up about the challenges of running a soft tofu restaurant in the United States.

Ahn So-young chose to go to the United States solely for the sake of her son and decided to open a soft tofu restaurant simply because her son liked soft tofu. However, he confessed the reality that he could not start business for a year because the construction was not completed.

It is said that the village team leader, who was watching this, called various equipment companies and opened the store overnight. The dramatic story does not end here. On the first day of opening, when the store was struggling, a Chinese old man handed out $100 after a meal, saying, "Hang it on the counter because it will bring you good luck." Surprisingly, it is said that after this grandfather visited, Chinese customers flocked to the place.
