Forget about the good Jo Yoon-hee.
Forget about the good Jo Yoon-hee.
Actress Jo Yoon-hee revealed her true character as a villain.

In episodes 7 and 8 of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Escape of the Seven', which aired on the 13th and 14th, Jo Yoon-hee played the role of 'Go Myeong-ji', a high school art teacher, and gave a passionate performance that went back and forth between extreme emotions.

First, Myungji captured attention with her various expressions at her solo exhibition. He seemed to respond to the flattery of parents praising his paintings with a smile and humility. On the other hand, when Myeongji heard the parents' gossip, she stared at them with an expressionless expression, but glared at them with intense eyes and slyly promoted the painting. His evil nature, revealing his true colors hidden behind his good face, was a surprise to those who saw him.

On the other hand, Myeongji showed maternal love that she thought very highly of her twin siblings. He asked his daughter Erica about the fight at kindergarten, and was angry that Erica, who was feeling unfair, should be forced to transfer her violent friend to another school. Myeongji was also shocked by the fact that Erica knew that her father was a reenactor but pretended not to know. When Erica told her that she had pretended not to know because she was afraid of hurting her mother, he shed tears and apologized. He hugged Erica and promised to make her a father who could push her to become a star.

Myeongji then showed off his willingness to go to any lengths for his family. In order to get Erica to appear in Han Mone's (Lee Yu-bi) drama, he interviewed Song Ji-ah (Jeong Da-eun) to reveal the truth about her school days, and asked Geum Ra-hee (Hwang Jeong-eum) to allow Erica to debut at Cherry Entertainment. When Ra-hee came out calmly, Myung-ji immediately changed her stance and shined with ambition in her eyes, asking Monet to ask Yang Jin-mo (played by Yoon Jong-hoon), the CEO of Cherry Entertainment.

Jo Yoon-hee portrayed Myung-ji's colorful emotional changes in the play and built the character in a three-dimensional way. When he is with his family, he creates a harmonious atmosphere with a good smile, but when he wants to get something for his family, his eyes immediately change, clearly showing maternal love that is at odds with Myeongji's evil nature. Accordingly, attention is focused on the story that Jo Yoon-hee, who is adding immersion to the development of 'Escape of the Seven', will tell in the future.

The SBS Friday-Saturday drama 'Escape of the Seven', starring Jo Yoon-hee, Um Ki-jun, Hwang Jung-eum, Lee Jun, Lee Yu-bi, Shin Eun-kyung, and Yoon Jong-hoon, airs every Friday and Saturday at 10 PM.
