Hong Wan-pyo appears in 'The Joseon Lawyer' and works with Woo Do-hwan and Bona
Actor Hong Wan-pyo is collaborating with Woo Do-hwan and Kim Ji-yeon (WJSN's Bona) through MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'The Joseon Lawyer'.

On the 24th, his agency Story J Company announced, "Hong Wan-pyo has been cast in MBC's new Friday-Saturday drama 'The Joseon Lawyer.' We ask for your interest and love for Hong Wan-pyo, who will play the role of Cho Gaek-ju."

'Joseon Lawyer' tells the story of a lawyer from the Joseon Dynasty who takes revenge through a trial against the enemy who killed his parents. A delightful and exhilarating Joseon Dynasty legal revenge action drama that shows that true revenge is valuable when doing righteous things and grows into a real lawyer who serves the people.

Jo Gaek-ju, played by Hong Wan-pyo, is a loyal servant of Jang Dae-bang (played by Lee Jun-hyuk), but he harbors an ambition to one day push out Jang Dae-bang and open the Jo clan. He plans to play the role of licorice well based on his unique and delicious acting.

Hong Wan-pyo has appeared in various works, including the movies ‘Cheer up, Mr. Byung-hun’, ‘20’, ‘Extreme Job’, and the dramas ‘Partners’ and ‘Melodious Constitution’. Expectations are high to see what kind of performance he will perform in this work.

Meanwhile, 'Joseon Lawyer' will premiere at 9:50 PM on March 31st as a follow-up to 'Season of Kokdu'.
