KBS 2TV's 'Newly Released Fun Restaurant' (hereinafter referred to as 'Pyeon Restaurant'), which will be broadcast on March 3, continues the taste journey of Eonam teacher Ryu Soo-young in Gwangju, the city of gourmet food. Previously, Ryu Soo-young visited a 5-day market with 100 years of tradition in Gwangju, the city of history and the city of taste, and presented dishes using ingredients he had purchased. He also visited the alley of Donggok-dong Crab Soup Baekban, which has the best cost-effectiveness, and gave a meal to the restaurant owner after an exciting mukbang. They showed a full culinary journey, including serving dishes. Accordingly, attention is focused on what other ‘delicious’ stories Ryu Soo-young will tell in Gwangju.



In the VCR released on this day, Ryu Soo-young accidentally received information about a hidden restaurant in Gwangju from a broadcast vehicle driver who accompanied the Gwangju filming. The driver, who is well-versed in the taste of Gwangju, strongly recommended, “Haejang food that can only be eaten here,” and Ryu Soo-young jumped up from his seat as if fascinated.



But difficulties awaited. The question is whether the restaurant will allow a sudden request for filming. In fact, the restaurant in question was a restaurant that had never been introduced on television until now. Accordingly, Ryu Soo-young went directly to the scene to recruit people. As it was a 100% real situation, Ryu Soo-young and the production crew nervously waited for the restaurant owner's response.



After a while, Ryu Soo-young entered the restaurant. The hangover menu that was waiting there was clam stew. A light and refreshing clam stew that boasts a deep broth flavor with plenty of clam meat, scallops, sweet radish, and fragrant sesame oil. As soon as Ryu Soo-young took a bite of the soup, he repeatedly exclaimed, “Oh my.” Starting with Kijogaetang, Ryu Soo-young's eating instinct exploded.



Meanwhile, Ryu Soo-young, who was drinking a lot of clam stew that day, added to the curiosity by saying that he even held an impromptu fan meeting with Gwangju citizens outside the restaurant window.
