‘One Scandal’ worst ending, absurd development that turned into a joke

There is no romance between Jung Kyung-ho and Jeon Do-yeon, and it is full of shocking scandals. Shin Jae-ha, the 'iron ball serial killer', jumped to his death without any sense of guilt, and the sudden villainous actions of Noh Yun-seo's mother broke the flow of the play. The love line between Lee Bong-ryeon and Oh Eui-sik was absurd. This is the current state of tvN's Saturday-Sunday drama 'Ilta Scandal', which is only about to have its final episode.

In 'One Scandal', which aired on the 4th, Ji Dong-hee's (Shin Jae-ha) final days were depicted. On this day, Choi Chi-yeol (Jung Kyung-ho) realized that Ji Dong-hee was Jeong Jeong-hyeon, the younger brother of Jeong Soo-hyeon, a student who committed suicide in the past, and stopped Ji Dong-hee from threatening again Nam Hae-i (played by Noh Yoon-seo), the nephew of Nam Haeng-seon (played by Jeon Do-yeon).

Ji Dong-hee, who ran away to the rooftop of the hospital to avoid Choi Chi-yeol, told Choi Chi-yeol who followed her, "I wanted to protect you, because you are the only adult my sister trusts and I trust. So I excluded everything that would be offensive to you," and added, "If only that woman hadn't shown up." “There was no problem,” he said, blaming the southbound line until the end.

The love line between Nam Haeng-seon's younger brother Nam Jae-woo (played by Oh Eui-sik) and his friend Kim Young-ju (played by Lee Bong-ryeon) is also sudden. Jung Kyung-ho and Jeon Do-yeon were suddenly reduced to supporting roles. I expected a “romance, not a scandal,” but their romance lost its presence due to side characters and events. In the end, 'Ilta Scandal' degenerated into a scandal rather than a romance before the end. Although the final episode is still ahead, it has already become a hot topic.
