Ilta instructor Park Se-jin confesses to struggling with ADHD

In 'Attack on Sisters', which will be aired on the 14th, English instructor and content creator Park Se-jin shares her concerns with Park Mi-sun, Jang Young-ran, and Kim Ho-young. Park Se-jin said, “Actually, I have an illness. “I have ADHD, but I can’t concentrate and it feels like I’m constantly scratching my ears with a pencil,” he confesses. He reveals that he suffered from prejudice, saying, “I was stigmatized as a ‘social misfit’ even before elementary school.”
Park Mi-sun, who was feeling sad, asked, “How is your current condition?” Park Se-jin explained her symptoms by saying, “As a member of society, I have no concept of making basic plans, time, work, or order,” and added, “It’s not getting better with medication right now.” “But even if I make a small mistake, I repeat self-harming thoughts like ‘I’m a bad person’ or ‘I’m a worthless person.’” He continued, “I’m a teacher, but I also have dyslexia. Other people would read it quickly, but it takes two or three times as long. “Because I have to work, I take various medications five times a day,” he adds.
It raises questions about how much effort Park Se-jin must have had to survive her daily life, and how she overcame her penalties to become the number one instructor.
‘Attack on Sisters’ will be broadcast at 8:20 PM on this day.
