'Talk Partner 25 Hours' looked into the life and culture of each country through a house tour.

In JTBC's 'Talk Partner 25 Hours' (directed by Hong Sang-hoon), which aired on the 27th, a tour of LAN cable homes in Spain, Germany, and Hong Kong was held under the theme of houses around the world. In Singapore, it provided vicarious satisfaction by going on a thrilling activity tour of Sentosa Island, breaking its own highest viewership rating with a viewership rating of 4.4% (based on Nielsen Korea's paid households in the metropolitan area).

On this day, actress Bang Min-ah, a fan of 'Talk Partner 25 Hours', was present at the studio and spread cheerful energy. Bang Min-ah, who said she has been watching the entire broadcast since episode 1, chose Munju, a French 'Talk' member with good diction, as her favorite 'TALK' member. When MC Lee Chan-won said, “I think you like the program more than Jeon Hyun-moo,” MC Jeon Hyun-moo said, “It's an old saying, but it's 'Dakbonsa.'” He said that he runs home every Monday night when 'Talk Partner 25 Hours' airs, and that he listens to his favorite episode. He chose the Hokkaido episode in which he appeared and made everyone laugh.

The 'Talk Pawon World Exploration Life' corner began in earnest, and Spain's 'Talk Pawon' guided viewers to the house where he lives and the luxury houses where the Spanish upper class live. First, in the house of 'Tok' Pawon in Spain, the Persian steel blinds that are found in all houses in Spain, the Fullmon space where the kitchen ventilation hood and water pipes are gathered, and the many doors to separate spaces attracted attention.

As a Spanish luxury house, we introduce Masia, a traditional Catalan farmhouse. The house and facilities are 600 pyeong in size, with stone wall interior, antique medieval sensibility, swimming pool, tennis court, artificial lake, Florencian garden, and even an observatory. This exploded. The enormous land area of over 330,000 pyeong also made my mouth drop.

Next, in Germany, we were able to meet the German 'Tok' pawon's house and a special house. The identity of the special house located in Bispingen is the Crazy House, which is shaped like it has been turned upside down, and its interior, which is even upside down, has raised interest. Germany's 'Tok' Pawon enjoyed the Crazy House by taking proof shots.

The last stop on the house tour was Hong Kong, which is famous for its expensive housing prices. While the home of Hong Kong's 'Tok' Pawon, who lives in a high-rise apartment with a beautiful ocean view, aroused admiration, the private beach that only apartment residents can go to was revealed, causing envy. The sale price of the apartment in question was said to be around 6 to 7 billion Korean Won, giving a sense of the high housing prices in Hong Kong.

It was shocking to hear that a 3.3-pyeong studio in Soho, the center of Hong Kong, costs 1.6 million won per month, and a 2.8-pyeong studio in Causeway Bay, similar to Myeong-dong in Korea, costs 1.1 million won.

In the 'Talk Partner Direct Purchase' corner, Singapore's Talk Partner went out to experience activities on Sentosa Island. The panoramic view from 79m can be enjoyed on Sky Helix, a new ride that opened in 2021, and the thrill of the Giant Swing, one of Sentosa Island's representative activities, was delivered to the home.

Lee Chan-won, who said he couldn't ride the giant swing even if he got paid for the dizzying sensation, said, "Of course I will" when Julian from Belgium offered 1 billion won. He changed his stance by saying, “If it's 1 billion, I'll do it no matter what.” Jeon Hyun-moo caused laughter by adding, “Then you say you will run three times now.”

JTBC's 'Talk Partner 25 Hours', which features house tours in Spain, Germany, and Hong Kong and activities on Sentosa Island in Singapore, airs every Monday at 8:50 PM.
