Ilta instructor Lee Ji-young was subject to public welfare protection.

MBC's entertainment show 'Radio Star', which airs today (29th), pre-released a video containing an episode of 'Lee Ji-young's difficult childhood, which is like a great person's story' through Naver TV.
In the released video, Lee Ji-young attracted attention by revealing that the driving force behind her ability to study with passion during her school days was because of her family's circumstances. He said, “My family was poor. “My father drove a truck his entire life after graduating from high school, and my mother raised me by working various jobs before graduating from elementary school.”
Jiyoung Lee drew attention by saying that whenever she hears news of flood damage, she is reminded of the time she lived in a semi-basement. He said, “When I was young, my house was flooded by flood. I didn't know it, but I had to throw away all the items damaged by the flood because they were at risk of infectious diseases, and I also had no choice but to throw away the notes I had written with my blood and sweat. “It came as a big shock,” he recalled.
Lee Ji-young also said, “I didn’t have money for school uniforms, so I inherited them from my school seniors. He surprised everyone with his explanation, saying, “I picked up workbooks that others had thrown away and used them, and when I finished solving them, I used them as firewood in a house that used a furnace.”
On this day, Jiyoung Lee told an anecdote about being teased by her friends because she was poor. He said, “Lunch boxes were delivered to the school, and only those on public welfare had blue lunch boxes. “Even though my friends knew, they asked why the lunch boxes were different colors,” he recalled. Lee Ji-young continued, “Poverty is not something to be ashamed of. Didn’t I choose the environment in which I was born? “It was uncomfortable, but I went out confidently, thinking it was absolutely nothing to be ashamed of,” he said, expressing his positive mindset.
In addition, Jiyoung Lee revealed the contents of her diary she wrote in the past. He said, “I think I am a good person, and I wrote that I would like to open a wine bar in a penthouse with a view of the Han River, while driving colorful supercars.”
Lee Ji-young, who confessed to having a difficult childhood, shared what she hopes for the students. He said, “I wanted to break the perception that ‘only those with a golden spoon who have good parents are successful.’ “No matter how difficult the environment is, I hope people look at me and think that they can do well,” he said.
Ahn Young-mi, who heard this, exclaimed, “I feel like I’ve read this story in a great person exhibition,” raising curiosity about the live broadcast.
Lee Ji-young's great episode, in which she confesses her difficult childhood, can be seen on 'Radio Star', which airs at 10:30 pm on this day.
