Actor Kim Min-jae boasted of his loyalty to 'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim', which continued with seasons 1 and 2 and continued until season 3.

SBS' new Friday-Saturday drama 'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 3' is a drama depicting the story of a 'real doctor' taking place in a shabby local Doldam Hospital. Both Season 1, which aired in 2016, and Season 2, which aired in 2020, exceeded the highest viewer rating of 27%, making it a loved work and called a 'life drama' by many. After three years, news of Season 3 has been released, making drama fans excited.

Among them, Kim Min-jae appeared in all seasons 1, 2, and 3. Kim Min-jae, who made a mark as a just male nurse Park Eun-tak in Season 1, has since grown into an actor who is receiving love calls for leading roles. While he continues to be active in dramas such as 'Do you like Brahms?', 'Dali and Gamjatang', and 'Joseon Psychiatrist Yoo Se-poong', Kim Min-jae turned down numerous offers to lead the role and chose to play the role of Park Eun-tak, a supporting character in a drama with whom he had a relationship in the past. He attracted attention with his loyalty.

Minjae Kim said, “I wanted to add strength to the meaning that the romantic hospital called Doldam Hospital and the people who share the same purpose there ‘still exist.’ ‘Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim’ is a work that feels like home to me. I feel like I am meeting my family again after experiencing many things outside. “I am so honored and happy to be able to be together again,” he said.

A new look to be shown in Season 3 was also announced. In the play, Park Eun-tak is a character who changes her life after meeting Master Kim (played by Han Seok-gyu), enters Doldam Hospital and becomes a nurse. He also received positive response for his straightforward romance with Park Ah-reum (So Joo-yeon), an emergency medicine doctor in Season 2. Kim Min-jae said, “I hope you can look forward to Eun-tak’s past story of coming to Doldam Hospital and her love line with Areum. “I will show you deeper emotions that were not seen in Season 2,” he said, requesting viewers to watch Season 3.

The season 3 still cut released by the production team shows Park Eun-tak, who still boasts a warm appearance as the 'Guardian of Doldam Hospital'. The production team said, “Kim Min-jae is an actor who has a strong sense of responsibility, like his role in the play, Park Eun-tak, and has great affection for ‘Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim’. “It may not have been an easy decision, but I am grateful to Kim Min-jae for returning and supporting Park Eun-tak, and I feel reassured that he is with me.”

'Romantic Doctor Teacher Kim 3' will premiere at 10 PM on April 28th, following 'Model Taxi 2'.
