Seo Jun-young and Yoon Da-young became closer to each other.

In the 8th episode of KBS1's daily drama 'Gold, It's Ok', which aired on the 5th, Ok Mi-rae (played by Yoon Da-young) showed her courageous attitude by accepting the part-time job stipend of Geum Jan-di (played by Kim Si-eun), who was almost eaten up, and then complained to Geumgang-san (played by Seo Jun-young) about her defects. They were depicted confessing their childhood and forming intimacy.

Geum Jan-di was told that her father, Geum Gang-san, had to work two jobs to make up for the 10 million won in training fees he was defrauded of because of her. Accordingly, he went to the store where he worked part-time and asked the boss for the part-time salary he had not received, but the boss threatened him, saying he could not give it.

Ok Mirae, who happened to be passing by, witnessed the scuffle between Geum Jandi and the president, and protected Geum Jandi by stopping the president who was pushing her away by tapping Geum Jandi's head. Then the president asked, “What do you care?”, and the situation turned around when Geum Jan-di shouted “Sam.” When Ok Mirae asked if he had checked his ID upon hiring, the boss replied that he had lost his ID and could not verify it. Ok Mirae asked that the boss pay him the money he worked, as it was the boss's fault for not checking it.

However, the boss lost his temper and said, “If I had been caught hiring a minor because of him, I would have been fined a lot. What kind of money?” Ok Mirae said, “You’re a habitual offender. No, it’s you,” and revealed her name and middle school from which she graduated, and talked about her experience working at the owner’s past store 12 years ago. At the same time, he coolly said, "The old man's methods haven't changed at all. How will you pay me for my work? Or should we all go to the police station?" In the end, the boss paid Geumjandi a part-time salary.

Ok Mirae brought Geum Jan-di to the art academy where she worked, and Geum Jan-di asked Ok Mirae not to reveal to her father that she worked part-time. Ok Mirae made it a condition to write a reflection, and the moment Geum Jan-di finished writing her reflection, her father, Geumgangsan, appeared. Geumgangsan scolded Geumjandi, saying, "What if I leave without saying anything? My family was worried. Why aren't you answering your cell phone again?" Ok Mirae showed Geumgangsan the reflection written by Geumjandi and suggested that he let it go this time, and Geumgangsan reluctantly forgave his daughter. Geumgang-san thanked Ok Mirae for the lawn work and gave her the seaweed bugak she was holding, and Ok Mirae offered tea to Geumgang-san, saying it would be good to eat with tea.

While drinking tea with Geumgangsan, Ok Mirae honestly confessed her bad childhood, saying, “I was a whirlwind of a storm,” saying that she ran away from home every day and had accidents when she was only the size of a lawn. He said that his mother went through a lot of trouble before he could come to his senses, and he also expressed his sincerity to Geumgangsan, saying, "I think Jandi's father is a good father. I can feel his feelings for Jandi even to me." Moreover, while Geumgangsan was worried about Geumjandi's career path, it was hinted that Geumjandi might attend the art academy where Ok Mirae works as a graduate student.
