Nam Bora's 'commercial level' side dishes are also available
Nam Bo-ra of 'Newly Launched Pyeon Restaurant' showed off her cooking skills worthy of the eldest daughter of 13 siblings.
On KBS 2TV's 'New Feature Restaurant' (hereinafter referred to as 'Pyeon Restaurant'), which aired on the 7th, new chef Nam Bo-ra made her first appearance. Nam Bo-ra, who was first introduced as the eldest daughter of 13 children through documentary programs such as 'VJ Special Forces' and 'Human Theater' when she was a teenager, debuted as an actress and is now in her 17th year. She immediately emerged as a strong candidate for the championship, boasting 25 years of cooking skills that she had accumulated while cooking for her younger siblings since the second grade of elementary school.
Nam Bo-ra, who opened her eyes to the sound of an alarm, was embarrassed and said, “I look like a wild person,” but even though she was bare-faced, she boasted a dazzling beauty that had not changed from her teenage years, arousing admiration. Nam Bo-ra left the room and exchanged messages with her family. It turns out that Nam Bo-ra recently became independent with her eldest older brother and third younger brother, and thanks to that, she has her own room for the first time in her life. Nam Bo-ra, who is part of a large family of 13 siblings and has three family group chat rooms, enjoyed having small conversations with her family from the morning.
Nam Bo-ra put on an apron and started cooking. As it was a day off, I decided to make side dishes for my large family who live in three separate houses. The box that Nam Bo-ra whined and took out was filled with a huge amount of ingredients. Everyone held out their tongues, saying, “Isn’t this enough for commercial use?”, but Nam Bo-ra said, “It has decreased a lot. “I usually end up with three boxes when I go shopping,” he said calmly, making people laugh.
Nam Bo-ra's lifestyle cooking skills and tips were surprising. After washing 1kg of bean sprouts called Nambora, I divided them into two portions and cooked them in the microwave. Here, I quickly made a seasoning sauce with bean paste paste and completed the bean sprout seasoning. Nam Bo-ra started making the second side dish without stopping. This time, I cooked Jinmichae in the microwave like bean sprouts, sprinkled salt on it, and seasoned it with cucumbers that were squeezed out of the water for a spicy taste.
Nambora nonstop made eggplant pork sashimi, a very simple egg paste made by boiling a whole egg and dipping it in seasoning made using a commercially available sauce, and mujeon made by grating radish and frying it with starch powder. In addition, for the youngest siblings, I made batter with starch powder and mayonnaise instead of eggs and even made crispy sausage pancakes. In no time at all, we had completed 5 kinds of side dishes to share among 3 households. Nam Bo-ra surprised people by personally delivering five kinds of side dishes to her parents' and younger siblings' homes. The ‘Pyeon Restaurant’ family all admired him, saying, “He is a very talented person,” and “He is really smart.”
K's eldest daughter Nam Bora's extraordinary love for her family was also touching. Nam Bo-ra had no choice but to become a parenting expert even though she was not married. He said, “There were many difficulties when I was growing up. I also thought, ‘I didn’t choose it, so why do I have to bear it?’ But now that my younger siblings are all grown up, it seems like there is no one who can provide me with this much strength. It's nice because there are a lot of people who support and support me no matter what I do. “Isn’t having a large family a source of happiness?”
