Star-Studded '2025 Korea-Japan Top Ten Show Gala' Lights Up the Stage

As the first half of 2025 comes to a close, a spectacular 'Super Gala Show' took center stage.

On the night of the 26th at 9:50 PM, MBN's 'Korea-Japan Top Ten Show' featured an impressive lineup including Jeon Yoo-jin, My Jin, Kim Da-hyun, Byeol Sarang, Aki, Park Seo-jin, Jin Hae-sung, Enoch, Shin Seung-tae, Choi Soo-ho, Kang Moon-kyung, Son Tae-jin, and Shin Sung, all showcasing their talents in the '2025 Korea-Japan Top Ten Show Gala'.

Hosts Daesung and Kangnam announced that the gala would include special performances never seen before, featuring the best weekly songs, stories dedicated to active artists, and requested song stages.

The first to take the stage was Jeon Yoo-jin, the queen of the most weekly best songs. According to Kangnam, Jeon Yoo-jin holds an impressive 23 weekly best songs. Among them, the most beloved and highest-voted weekly best song was Park Seo-jin's 'Woman in the Rain'.

Park Seo-jin reminisced, "Is it true? I remember the preparation process for 'Woman in the Rain'." The performance was a comprehensive showcase of props and dance, making it a top-tier stage. Park Seo-jin expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you for recognizing my efforts. I will continue to work hard." Meanwhile, My Jin and Jeon Yoo-jin reinterpreted 'Woman in the Rain' together, delivering a stunning performance.

The duo delivered a flawless performance. After the stage, Kangnam asked Park Seo-jin for his thoughts. Park Seo-jin commented, "I sang it thinking of a longing woman, but the 'Jin-Jin Sisters' performance was powerful, cutting through the rain." Both Kangnam and Daesung were impressed, with Daesung noting, "They have a chemistry you can trust to listen to and watch." The first weekly best song they sang together was 'Ugly Man'. Notably, Jeon Yoo-jin was born in 2006 and is 19 years old, while My Jin was born in 1986 and is 39 years old, marking a 20-year age difference between them.
