Baek Jong-won, burgers sold out on day 2, sales up 82%, a ‘splendid achievement’

In the tvN entertainment show 'Business Genius White Beach', which aired on the 16th, the White Sand Beach team was depicted moving to a location and continuing their business in Morocco.
Previously, in the last broadcast, Baek Jong-won was unable to do business 50 minutes after starting business at a Moroccan night market. Even though they prepared 100% halal food, some locals filed complaints due to suspicions of racial discrimination, and the business had to close down. In the end, the production team was able to continue business by renting a nearby local store, but after the broadcast, there was a barrage of malicious comments directed at Baek Jong-won from netizens, who were presumed to be Moroccans.
On this day's broadcast, the production team displayed a subtitle that said, 'This program was negotiated with the company and all proceeds were donated to the company.'
The menu the next day was tteokgalbi burger. Baek Jong-won minced meat on the grill making loud noises with a wooden spatula, and his performance caught the attention of locals.

Thanks to the active promotion of the owner who lent the store and the help of neighbors who explained that Baek Jong-won sells halal food, the business ended at 9 p.m. when the burger ingredients ran out.
Sales on this day were 1,680 dirham (about 220,000 won in Korean currency) in cash only. 84 burgers were sold, an 82.6% increase in sales compared to the previous day.
The third day of business. Baek Jong-won expressed his confidence, saying, “In just one month, we will occupy this place. It will be calm.” On this day, regular braised ribs and spicy braised ribs were added to the business. Customers tried the spicy braised ribs and gave it a ‘thumbs up’, saying it was spicy yet delicious.
