In KBS 2TV's 'New Product Release' (hereinafter referred to as 'Pyeon Restaurant') broadcast on the 21st, the results of a menu development competition with the theme of 'cheese' were revealed. Park Soo-hong, Park Sol-mi, Lee Chan-won, and Nam Bo-ra competed fiercely, and the winner was Lee Chan-won's Triple Crown Cheese Burger & Salad. The winning product of this competition will be ‘Pyeon Restaurant’s first burger and salad set.
Following the previous broadcast, Lee Chan-won cooked again and again for legendary baseball players Hong Seong-heun and Choi Jun-seok. Even though they gained a whopping 7kg in weight from just one meal, the two gluttonous brothers did not stop eating. Lee Chan-won also made burgers using tteokgalbi and buns that he always keeps in the refrigerator. The expert evaluation team was impressed, saying, "There is no salad using tteokgalbi on the market. Cheese and tteokgalbi go really well together."
The final victory went to Lee Chan-won. Lee Chan-won said, "I have always said that I am a member of the MZ generation who loves cheese. So today I was really greedy," and "I think I am as happy as when I received the Excellence Award at the Entertainment Awards," he said, making people laugh as he expressed his thoughts about winning. Lee Chan-won's Triple Crown Cheese Burger & Salad, the winning product of the 'Pyeon Restaurant' cheese section, will be released through various online and offline stores.
On this day's broadcast, Lee Chan-won's ideal type was also surprisingly revealed. Lee Chan-won said, “Regardless of appearance, I hope that she has a good heart and suits me well.” He then drew attention by confessing, "I'm an extroverted and active person, so I want the person I interact with to be a little calmer.
