Song Hye-kyo, Best Female Award ‘Crying’ for ‘The Glory’
Netflix's 'The Glory' actress Song Hye-kyo won the Best Acting Award in the TV category.

On the afternoon of the 28th, the '2023 59th Baeksang Arts Awards' awards ceremony was held at KINTEX in Ilsan, Gyeonggi-do. Broadcaster Shin Dong-yup and actors Park Bo-gum and Suzy hosted the event, and it was broadcast live on JTBC, JTBC2, JTBC4, and TikTok.

Song Hye-kyo said, "I received the award, Yeonjin, I'm so excited. I wanted to do it for the last time. I really wanted to receive it. I'm really grateful for giving me this. As I stand here, I really remember the sight of the 'The Glory' staff who worked with me. “If it weren’t for those people, I don’t think Moon Dong-eun would have existed. I’m really grateful,” he said.

He added, "I am grateful to coach Ahn Gil-ho, who filled in Moon Dong-eun's shortcomings. I am grateful to the fans who silently supported me no matter what happened."

“I think writer Kim Eun-sook is an honor to me. I was very happy and painful while acting, but it made me want to act even harder in the future. I think my mom will be in a good mood for the first time in a long time. I hope she feels comfortable and happy today,” he said.
