Please enjoy watching 'Moving' with a lot of anticipation. I hope it will be," he said. The following is Ryu Seung-beom's Q&AQ. Why did you decide to appear in 'Moving'?
A. The reason why I decided to appear in 'Moving' was that I felt a lot of charm while reading the script. The setting of people with superpowers was fun, but more than anything, personally, I was touched by the hearts of 'parents' who want to protect their 'children'. I think I was able to empathize more because I am the father of one child.
Q. What kind of character is 'Frank'? What aspects of the character intrigued you the most?
A. 'Frank' is a secret agent. He grew up in secret to become a secret agent. 'Frank' was all about life when he was given a mission. He had no hope of dreaming of a warm family and life. It's just doing its job. So personally, I feel sorry for 'Frank'.
Q. It seems that you have been struggling with the tone, pronunciation, and expression to act 'Frank'. How was it?
A. I thought about how the character 'Frank' would speak (because he grew up in a foreign country), but the thought that he might have lost his way of speaking crossed my mind, and in fact, it was more difficult to express himself when he spoke his lines. , I was even more concerned about how he would look when he was silent.
Q. I understand that you put a lot of effort into expressing the abilities (regeneration ability, great strength, agility) of 'Frank' in reality. How was the action shooting site?
A. I shared a lot of difficulties with the staff in digesting the action scenes. There were situations where I had to practice and shoot on the spot, so it was not easy for me, other actors, and the staff to shoot a scene. However, thanks to the help of many people, it was a meaningful time that we all worked together to complete.
In particular, I remember having a lot of fun while filming the 'Capoeira' action scene. I became interested in 'capoeira' a few years ago, so I learned and practiced very basic movements, which helped me a lot during this shoot, and the opportunity to use them came along, so I thought this was the time. (laugh)
Q. The action scenes of 'Gye-do' (played by Cha Tae-hyun), 'Joo-won' (played by Ryu Seung-ryong), and 'Frank' are also impressive. How was the on location shoot?
A. I filmed 'Guidelines' and the car chase scene while staying up all night. Through this work, I got to try acting with Cha Tae-hyun for the first time. He was an actor I usually liked, so I had a lot of fun and enjoyed filming. The action scenes with Joo Won were also made by many people through hard work. It was difficult because it was done at night in a small car.
Q. How was working with director Park In-je, who directed 'Moving'? What was the most enjoyable and memorable moment while filming?
A. It was the first time I met director Park In-je through this work, and it was the first time I worked on it. It was a very exciting and good experience. I hope that good opportunities will come again in the future. I want to tell you that you are amazing.
Personally, it was a very enjoyable time while filming. It's been a long time since I've been working on it, and there are many actors I'm meeting for the first time, so I think it will be a memorable work.
Q. Among the 'Frank' scenes, if you had to choose a scene you should never miss? A word to the viewers who love the work
A. Don't relax every moment, and watch carefully when 'Frank' comes out. You can't see it if you do something else for a while (laughs) Please enjoy watching 'Moving' with great anticipation. I hope 'Moving' will be a break in your life, even if it's a small time.
