While her husband and actor Won Bin has not been active in a production for 13 years, actor Lee Na-young returns to the small screen after 4 years.

On the 23rd, a current affairs meeting was held at Yongsan CGV I'Park Mall for the original wave drama 'Park Ha-kyung's Travels'. Actor Lee Na-young and director Lee Jong-pil attended the event.

'Park Ha-kyung's travelogue' depicts the unexpected moments and miraculous encounters of Korean language teacher Park Ha-kyung, who goes on a one-day trip on Saturday when she wants to disappear.

On this day, Lee Na-young said about the reason for choosing 'Park Ha-kyung's travelogue', "I wonder if you'll know it if you see it" and "I was surprised by the unique composition of the scenario, and the mid-form content composition was also good."

Next, Lee Na-young said, "The scenario is also fresh and simple, so I chose it without hesitation because I thought it would be a perfect fit for this era. I was curious about how director Lee Jong-pil's sensibilities would harmonize." revealed

Regarding the change, Lee Na-young, who is returning after 4 years, said, "I think the difference is that the platform and content format have diversified. Thanks to that, I also have a chance to do fun work." He continued, “The filming environment was so considerate of Wave, the production company, The Lamp, and the director, so I felt like filming a movie. I could have postponed it," he added.

Regarding 'Park Ha-kyung's travelogue', Lee Na-young said, "Strangely, tears kept coming. It was difficult to hold back the tears,” he said, drawing attention. He said, "I don't know what the overall feeling is, but when I was filming this piece, I said let's take it down. I thought that it would be okay to do well only with a blank expression and eating, but my homework was to not try to be good even when shooting such a scene.”

He continued, “I think my heart was more agitated than other works because there were no rules set for the character,” and “I think that’s why I kept crying. Rather than tears of sadness, it is affection. I had a lot of unique experiences because that kind of work came a lot,” he added.

He sings and dances in the play. Lee Na-young said, “Actually, I worked hard while preparing. I was also surprised that I danced so well when I saw it, but the director wrote the scene short,” laughing and saying, “When I act with a blank face and an amateurish look, viewers don’t see how I do it, but they come into the character and fall into something.” I wanted to make you feel emotions,” he said.

'Park Ha-kyung's travelogue', a mid-form content that lasts an average of 25 minutes per episode, shows a different episode each episode in an omnibus format. Lee Na-young collaborated with Koo Kyo-hwan, Gil Hae-yeon, Park Se-wan, Park In-hwan, Seo Hyun-woo, Seonwoo Jung-a, Shin Hyun-ji, Shim Eun-kyung, Jo Hyun-chul, and Han Ye-ri.

In response, Lee Na-young said, "I was surprised to hear that all the actors appeared, and I thought it was lucky." "Each episode had a different atmosphere, so I had nothing to prepare. I just received a reaction, and the set was so much fun."

"Hyeonu, who appeared in the first episode, was more comfortable because it was the second time, and Seonwoo Jung-a erased the color and came to the scene as an actor, so I followed the emotion. It was fun to film a melodrama with the exchange. I showed a lonely feeling with a strange confrontation with teacher Park In-hwan, but I watched it with excitement to see how it would be conveyed." Park In-hwan was born in 1945 and is 34 years older than Lee Na-young.

'Park Ha-kyung's Travels' will be released exclusively on Wave on the 24th.
