Da-ye Kim sues her sister-in-law for false information
On the recently released YouTube channel 'Roh Jong-un, Kim Da-ye Real News', a video titled 'Kim Yong-ho's tremendous loyalty' was uploaded.
In the released video, Daye Kim conducted an interview with Lawyer Noh Jong-eon. This is to obtain legal advice during the trial after accusing Kim Yong-ho of defamation.
First, Kim Da-ye said, "Kim Yong-ho said that he only broadcast what he received from Park Soo-hong's brother-in-law. Regarding that, many people are surprised that Park Soo-hong's older brother deliberately made false facts and conspired to broadcast, but then what will happen to Kim Yong-ho?" asked
He also said, "Even if I heard the story from Park Soo-hong's brother-in-law, I'm trying to say whether Kim Yong-ho will be punished or not be punished because he called the informant."
Attorney Noh Jong-eon, who heard this, explained, "There are precedents that say you are 'innocent' just because you heard from the informant." .
Then, he said, "If you just report that you have received a report, who guarantees the fairness of the media?" "In the end, you have to listen to the story of Park Soo-hong, the other party, and you have to have a basis for it. If you just broadcast it, false facts and defamation will be innocent. don't," he said.
In response, Kim Da-ye said, "Even a reliable informant cannot be judged, and trusting the words of the perpetrators of the embezzlement case itself is a very contradictory situation."
Da-ye Kim is also planning to file an additional complaint against Park Soo-hong's brother-in-law. He said, "The perpetrators of the embezzlement case, Park Soo-hong's family, tried to take away and destroy all the money and honor that Park Soo-hong had been active in the entertainment industry for 30 years."
