Joo Sang-wook said, “While filming season 1, I was certain that it was a meaningful and good project, so I knew I would do season 2.” Then, after hinting, “It has been upgraded in many ways,” he said, “I hope it will be a regular longevity program, not a seasonal program.” Jo Jae-yoon said, "It's a program that combines 'My Hometown at 6' and 'Korean Table,' and asked for lots of love for it because it has so much fun, emotion, and good stories."

Joo Sang-wook was also asked about the overlapping time with his wife Cha Ye-ryun's new ENA 'Happiness Battle'. Joo Sang-wook said, "I know that the latter part is important in viewer rating statistics. I think you can turn it into 'Second House 2' after watching 'Battle of Happiness'." .
