Failure to achieve 500 million won in annual sales... 'White Sand' Baek Jong-won, satisfied with achieving 99% goal
Baek Jong-won took a peek at the opportunity to advance the Korean food business overseas.

In the last episode of tvN's entertainment program 'Business Genius White Sandy', which aired on the afternoon of the 25th, Baek Jong-won, Lee Jang-woo, John Park, and Kwon Yu-ri were finishing their business on the 6th day in Naples, Italy.

Baek Jong-won said, "It's been more than 20 years since I've been doing business alone. This time, through 'Cheap of Merchant Genius', I've literally been heading to the ground alone for the first time in 20 years." He expressed the 'business genius white sand beach' as "the time to go back to the beginning."

He also expressed his gratitude to the genius employees who did their part beyond the role they were in charge of, saying, "But it would have been really difficult alone, and the help of the staff who stood by my side was really great." In addition, "The local people's response to Korean food was good, sales increased day by day, confirming the potential for development. I also learned that it is important to publicize the way people can taste and enjoy Korean food. That alone is a big enough challenge for this challenge. I think I have achieved results,” he expressed satisfaction.

'Cooking Genius' Lee Jang-woo, who claimed to be Baek Jong-won's reliable right-hand man while traveling with him on all journeys from Morocco in Africa to Naples in Italy, said, "I am the sous chef," and said, "I am so happy to be able to do business in Morocco and Naples for about a month. It was a valuable experience. It was a filming where I could feel a lot of things while seeing Mr. Baek’s passion and knowledge about business.”

'Language Genius' John Park, who dominated the hall with fluent Italian in the Naples, Italy episode, said, “I am proud and grateful that so many people enjoyed watching as much as I worked hard. I am also very grateful to the residents of Naples who were curious about Korean food with an open mind and enjoyed it.”

'Personnel genius' Kwon Yu-ri recalled, "It was a good time to learn and feel the know-how of Master Baek, a really great business genius, up close." Also, “I think it was a time to experience life seriously rather than entertainment. I was really grateful that I had an experience that would be of great help to me in my future life.”

Lastly, BamBam, who showed off his 'sales genius' aspect with his clearness and unique affinity in the Morocco, Africa episode, said, "It was a time to learn a lot. I was able to try things I hadn't experienced before and meet good people. This year It's the best experience I've ever had, and it's a good memory."

He also sincerely said, "Thank you viewers for always having fun. A lot of people may have been frustrated because of me, but I am really grateful for your interest and love." Lastly, he expressed his anticipation for Season 2, saying, "I hope that I can see you in Season 2 with a better image as I grow further."

A few months later, a performance report was held at Lee Jang-woo's house. Unfortunately, Baekbanjip did not reach its goal of 8,000 euros in sales. The total revenue earned was 7,746 euros, which was about 496,161,122 won in annual sales. It was a very small amount less than 500 million won.

Baek Jong-won had a somewhat depressed expression, but comforted the members by saying, "7,000 euros is a good thing."
