Actor Oh Ha-nui appears in 'National Death Penalty Vote'.



SBS' new Thursday drama 'National Death Penalty Vote', which will be broadcast for the first time on August 10, is a public participation judgment drama depicting the story of tracking down an unknown Ga Tal who carries out a national death penalty vote on vicious criminals and executes them. Based on the popular webtoon of the same name, it attracted a lot of attention from viewers even before the broadcast and was named one of the most anticipated works in 2023.



Oh Ha-nui plays the role of 'Kang Yoon-ji', a police officer belonging to the regional investigation unit of the Southern Police Agency. Kang Yoon-ji is a police officer who used to be a national taekwondo player, and plans to draw a subtle chemistry with Kim Moo-chan (Park Hae-jin), the head of the Metropolitan Investigation Unit 1, while chasing an unknown dog.



In particular, Oh Ha-nui cuts her long hair into a short cut for Kang Yoon-ji's character, raising expectations by foreshadowing that she will show an unconventional transformation and perfectly integrated into the character.



Oh Ha-nui, who made her mark on the public through dramas such as 'Bad Mother', 'Three Siblings Are Brave', and 'Drama Special 2022 - Do You Know Ashtanga'. While Oh Ha-nui, who has been active as a scene stealer by showing off her presence in a number of works, is scheduled to continue her ten-day movement with the 'national death penalty vote', raising questions about what new appearance Oh Hani will show through the 'national death penalty vote'.



Meanwhile, SBS' new Thursday drama 'National Death Penalty Vote' starring Oh Ha-nui will be aired every Thursday at 9:00 PM, starting with the first and second consecutive broadcasts at 9:00 PM on Thursday, August 10th.
