Shin Seong-woo, behind the scenes of the legendary song 'Seoshi'
The secret behind the production of Shin Sung-woo's legendary song 'Seoshi' is revealed.

Shin Seong-woo appears in episode 63 of Channel A's 'Mom's Travel Go Doo-shim', which airs on the 11th.

On this day's broadcast, Go Doo-shim and Shin Seong-woo go on a trip to Suwon, Gyeonggi-do, a city of history and culture. Go Doo-shim and Shin Seong-wu, who met while appearing together in the tvN drama 'Dear My Friends' in 2016, visit Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a planned city and landmark of Suwon that contains Jeongjo's dream. Go Doo-shim and Shin Sung-wu enjoy the beauty of Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, which was registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1997, while walking along the fortress wall of Hwaseong.

Arriving at Yeonmudae (Dongjangdae), where he is said to have commanded the soldiers' training, Go Doo-shim asks Shin Seong-wu, "Under what circumstances did the song 'Preface' come out?" Released in 1994, the title song of Shin Seong-woo's 3rd album, 'Seo-si', is a masterpiece that is still chosen as a favorite song for men's karaoke rooms, and is a song in which Shin Sung-woo directly participated in writing, composing, and arranging.

In response to Go Doo-shim's question, Shin Seong-woo begins by saying, "I had a very close friend in middle school." Then, he said, "I really had a family history that would appear in a movie. That friend went to the other world first." Afterward, Shin Seong-wu calmly unravels the sad behind-the-scenes story of the production of "Preface", saying, "I remembered the stories I promised with that friend when I was having a hard time, and I decided to keep what you promised and not be ashamed of."

In response to Shin Seong-woo's explanation that it contained stories of promises made to friends, Go Doo-shim deeply sympathized with the story, saying, "This song will always be in my heart," and Shin Sung-woo nodded quietly. Looking at Haenggung-dong, Paldal-gu, Suwon from Yeonmudae, one verse of 'Seoshi', sung briefly by Shin Sung-woo, brings out a deeper resonance.
