Japanese chef Jeong Ho-young relieved his resentment in Sapporo.



In IHQ's <Crazy Expedition>, which aired on the 11th, Lee Yeon-bok, Jung Ho-young, Won Young-ho, and 2AM's Changmin were drawn on a food tour in Hokkaido, Japan following Taiwan.



As soon as they arrived in Sapporo, the members started robbing a convenience store and bought signature snacks that can only be found in Hokkaido, as well as ice cream bread with dairy products.



Afterwards, after eating at a restaurant specializing in lamb ribs recommended by chef Ho-Young Jeong, he went to a ranch and tried making dairy products himself. Also, at the restaurant that I visited by instinct, I sampled fried dumplings and mazesoba.



On this day, chef Jeong Ho-young joined the restaurant late due to a different shooting schedule. Chef Jeong Ho-young, who arrived at the restaurant earlier than the members and looked at the menu, ordered the most powerful snow crab course in Sapporo.



The snow crab restaurant, which exudes luxury from the entrance with the interior of a traditional Japanese house, boasted a crazy visual for its food. Steamed snow crab, snow crab hot pot, croquettes with snow crab meat, and snow crab porridge were impressive.



Chef Jeong Ho-young explained the cooking process in detail as an expert in Japanese cuisine. “I like snow crab, but my wife is allergic to it. I can't even go out to eat alone. It's so sad," he said, showing off a mukbang that seemed to relieve his grudge. In addition, the sensible comment, "It's delicious," brought laughter.



Chef Jeong Ho-young also revealed the story of the staff at the restaurant he runs because of crabs. When chef Lee Yeon-bok said, “It is usually more difficult to remove the flesh of crabs when they are fresher,” chef Jeong Ho-young also said, “When crab season comes, the staff quits. Hyeonta is coming. There are times when the menu disappears after holding on for a week.”
