Daesung shocked the audience by performing the trot song 'Handochoa' alone on stage. It was unexpected to hear trot music, rather than the typical K-pop band or idol music, at Coachella. Daesung was equally surprised when fans sang along, asking, "How do you know this song?"

He then humorously announced, "I came to Coachella looking for a woman named Gwisun," before performing 'Look at Me, Gwisun.' Mixing English and Korean, he exclaimed, "So sexy and cute, I want to bite you," drawing laughter from the crowd.

In addition to Big Bang, groups like Cat's Eye and SHINee's Taemin represented K-pop at the 2026 Coachella stage.
