BTS Kicks Off 'ARIRANG' World Tour with Heartfelt Message from RM

BTS leader RM expressed his heartfelt gratitude to fans.

On November 11, BTS (RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) launched their 'BTS WORLD TOUR 'ARIRANG'' at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, South Korea. Following the opening of their world tour on the 10th, BTS will perform in Goyang for a total of three days, concluding on the 12th.

This marks BTS's first full-group world tour in six and a half years. RM shared, "It's taken a long time, and I'm truly grateful for your patience and support. While we release songs with titles like '2.0' and call for change, what's important hasn't changed. The seven of us have decided to do this together. Another constant is our sincerity towards you. We never take a filled venue lightly. We'll continue with humility."

He continued, "When we first met Jungkook, he was 15, and now he's 30. Jin was 20, and now he's 35. We've made decisions as independent entities over 15 years to do this well for a long time. So, please trust us a bit more, watch our changes with generosity, and enjoy them. Thank you and love you. We'll work hard."

The world tour will span 85 shows across 34 cities, including Tokyo, North America, Europe, South America, and Asia, marking the most shows for a single tour by a Korean artist. Additional performances are planned in Japan and the Middle East, further expanding the tour's scale. All 46 shows, including the three in Goyang, Tokyo Dome, and tours in North America and Europe, are sold out. In some regions of North and South America, BTS will be the first Korean artist to perform solo in stadium venues.

BTS engaged with a total of 132,000 fans over three days in Goyang and will continue their tour at the Tokyo Dome on November 17-18.
