MODYSSEY Gears Up for Debut with Heartfelt Teamwork and Exciting Challenges

Rookie boy group MODYSSEY is gearing up for their debut with a strong sense of determination.

MODYSSEY, consisting of members Hengwei, Pan Zheyi, Li Zihao, Linlin, Suren, Yichen, and Rowan, recently concluded their pre-debut journey with the final episode of Mnet's reality show 'SAY SAY MODYSSEY.' The episode showcased their strengthened teamwork and unity, under the theme 'K POP New Wave Project.' The finale captured the members' genuine chemistry and unfiltered moments through various entertainment missions, adding significance to their journey.

The episode featured a variety of missions, from the 'Random Sleeping Game' to the 'Fan Love Test Wake-Up Mission,' bringing both laughter and tension. Notably, Hengwei and Suren ended up with the outdoor tent sleeping penalty in the cold weather, eliciting laughter. Hengwei humorously vowed, "Let's succeed and get our revenge," while settling into the tent, creating a mix of humor and pathos.

The 'Fan Love Test' wake-up mission further intensified the members' competitive spirit, with a coffee truck event for fans at stake. Only the first four members to complete the mission would have their names on the coffee truck. Despite the fierce competition, Yichen, Rowan, and Li Zihao emerged victorious, but the coffee truck will ultimately bear the names of all MODYSSEY members, reflecting their unity.

The highlight of the day was the scene where all seven members watched the sunrise over the East Sea together. As the sun rose, they shared their thoughts on the upcoming debut. Li Zihao remarked, "The sun rises as brightly as our future. We don't know what the future holds, but as long as we're together, we're not afraid." Linlin added, "We can do anything together," showcasing their strong camaraderie. Their heartfelt confessions, such as "Let's trust each other and move forward," demonstrated their unity as a team.

Through 'SAY SAY MODYSSEY,' the group portrayed their journey to becoming a cohesive team with both humor and sincerity. They showcased a different, more carefree charm and natural team chemistry, making them more relatable to fans.

Meanwhile, MODYSSEY is set to release their debut single '1 Got Hooked: An Addictive Symphony' on the 13th, marking the start of their official activities. The title track 'HOOK' has already garnered attention, with production by Stray Kids' producing team 3RACHA.
