Baby DONT Cry Aims for Global Stage with New Mini Album 'AFTER CRY'
On the 24th, Baby DONT Cry held a showcase for their first mini-album 'AFTER CRY' at the Bluesquare WooriWON Banking Hall in Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
Member Lee Hyun shared their goals for this album, stating, "Our goal is always to perform encore songs." He added, "Achieving a number one spot on music shows would be an honor. We are eager to try part changes and show a fun side of us. We even practice giving acceptance speeches and swapping parts while moving around."
Lee Hyun also mentioned, "Our goal is to visit fans wherever they are through tours," and added, "We are preparing diligently for overseas expansion. We hope to instill confidence in others, starting with ourselves." Benny chimed in, "Isn't it amazing how K-pop is loved worldwide? We are proud to be among those idol groups. If given the chance, we would love to perform anywhere."
'AFTER CRY' is a mini-album capturing the moment of a new identity emerging after overcoming wounds. It includes five tracks: the title song 'Bittersweet,' 'Mama I'm Alright,' 'Shapeshifter,' 'Moves Like Ciara,' and 'Tears On My Pillow.' 'Bittersweet' is a song depicting sweet and bitter memories, with lyrics penned by Kim Eana.
Meanwhile, Baby DONT Cry's first mini-album 'AFTER CRY' will be released at 6 PM on various online music platforms.
