Choi Lip Woo Releases First Japan Special Edition Album 'SWEET DREAM'

Choi Lip Woo, under FNC Entertainment, has released his first Japan Special Edition album 'SWEET DREAM ~Japan Special Edition~' today (18th) at midnight. Choi Lip Woo debuted as a solo artist in December last year and is set to re-debut as a duo with Kang Woo Jin.

This album is a special edition of his debut single album 'SWEET DREAM', released in December last year, with additional original Japanese tracks. The new release includes all tracks from 'SWEET DREAM' and a new song 'Flower Pot', totaling four songs.

'SWEET DREAM' centers around the emotions of 'SWEET' and 'DREAM', capturing the sweet moments and the journey towards dreams through the songs of a young boy. The album achieved remarkable success on various music charts, and Choi Lip Woo won three awards at 'The 2nd The Awards' ceremony, which he attended for the first time after the album's release.

The new song 'Flower Pot' is an acoustic pop ballad featuring warm acoustic guitar and gentle keyboard sounds. It portrays the process of a heart, lost in loneliness, being gradually healed and blooming again through someone's kind words and warmth. The song conveys comfort, emphasizing the presence of a precious person who supports and empowers the heart to move forward, with Choi Lip Woo's delicate vocals adding strength to the lyrics.

The jacket photo for this special edition, released alongside the album, features Choi Lip Woo with clear and transparent eyes, striking free poses using surrounding objects. His complete visual, combined with soft colors, is impressive.

Choi Lip Woo is proving his unwavering popularity not only through music but also in various fields such as photo shoots, content, and radio. He is set to hold domestic fan meetings on the 21st and 22nd, an encore fan meeting in Taipei on April 4th, and the 2026 Chuei Li Yu Fan Meeting 'Drawing Yu' in JAPAN on the 27th, where he will meet local fans.

Choi Lip Woo has confirmed his debut as a duo with Kang Woo Jin, who appeared with him on Mnet's 'Boys 2 Planet', aiming for a debut in May. Expectations are high for Choi Lip Woo's active solo and duo activities both domestically and internationally.
