CORTIS Climbs Billboard Charts Again Amidst U.S. Success
According to the latest chart released by Billboard on February 28, CORTIS's debut album 'COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES' has risen 7 spots to rank 5th on the 'World Albums' chart, maintaining its position for 24 consecutive weeks. In the 'Top Current Album Sales' and 'Top Album Sales' charts, which track physical album sales in the U.S., the album re-entered at 24th and 33rd place, respectively. This resurgence in rankings, six months post-release, demonstrates their sustained popularity.
This chart resurgence is attributed to CORTIS's active presence in the North American market. Recently, CORTIS became the first K-pop group to headline events during the National Basketball Association's (NBA) All-Star Weekend. The five members performed as headliners at the 'NBA Crossover concert series' and during the halftime show of the '2026 Ruffles® NBA All-Star Celebrity Game'.
Their contribution to the soundtrack of Sony Pictures Animation's new film 'GOAT' with the song 'Mention Me' also boosted their recognition. The film is currently a box office hit, topping the North American weekend box office in its second week. This success has increased local interest in CORTIS, positively impacting their chart performance.
CORTIS's streaming power remains strong. According to the latest data from global audio and music streaming platform Spotify (as of February 23), the cumulative streams of CORTIS's seven released songs have surpassed 400 million. Their monthly listeners (number of listeners in the past 28 days) remain over 7.7 million, even during their non-promotional period.
CORTIS is gearing up for a comeback in April. With their debut album 'COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES' enjoying 'long-lasting popularity', there is much anticipation for their next project.
